D&AD Competition:
Tuborg

Tuborg is a Danish beer brand.

The brief was to create a campaign

related with the distinct sound that the bottle of beer makes when it opens, and link that with the release of negative energy

The target audience was GEN Z, and it needed some brand activation.

The idea we had to address this brief was to link the release of negative pressure with a party, specifically the only day of the year when the hour changes an hour back.

The event would be called ‘Tuborg Time’ it would be located at Greenwich. Celebrating an hour that doesn’t exist. No pressure, no anxiety, no worries.

Chill Out Comic

Chill Out comic is a project I did in 2025 for a comic contest.

The brief was to create a story targeted to teenagers and young adults (15-25), addressing any social problems that affect this demographic. I just didn't create the story; instead, I’ve tried to create a kind of branding project around the character and the story. I did it that way just for my own practice with mock-ups and logos.

This comic was about the struggles of young people with mental health and the overwhelming negative information we are receiving all day, every day.

 

This character literally skates a huge hole she was coming in, and then she sees from the sky that her reality isn’t that big; there many good things outside.

  • Fact - Low-calorie snack. They are light in weight.

  • Observation - People eat them when calorie

        counting so they feel full and still reach their goals.

  • Truth - 100 calories of popcorn makes 100 calories

        of other snacks look small.

  • Fact - When you don’t sleep, you feel exhausted.

  • Observation - People purposefully exhaust

       themselves for other reasons like exercise, work, etc.

  • Truth - There are good reasons to be exhausted in life, and there are bad ones. Sleep deprivation is a bad one.

  • Fact - They are incredibly bland crispbreads.

  • Observation - They don’t clash with anything.

  • Truth - Ryvita avoids ‘the drama’ when it comes to flavours. There’s no clashing at all.

Some years ago I had the idea of create a healthy sandwich franchise, based on Mediterranean ingredients.  So, the first sketches of the logo had a lynx as the mascot representing Spain. 

  
Monwich -
Own brand 
I changed it and I decided to focus more on the healthy side. It is more trendy.

The name "Monwich" come from the name of the creator of the sandwich SIR. Montagu and the word sandwich.
